Administrative Officer

 

The position is permanent, requiring the successful candidate to work a minimum 22.5 hours per week including Saturday morning, plus additional hours when required, covering both the Larne office and Carnlough sub-office.
 
Administrative Officers are accountable to the Manager of the credit union for carrying out a range of administrative and operational activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union and providing quality services to the members.
 
It is essential to have previous experience working in a credit union or other financial organisation, have strong interpersonal skills, to be computer literate, and to have achieved at least 5 GCSEs (minimum Grade C) or equivalent including English and Mathematics.
 
Competitive salary and benefit package will be offered, based on the Administrative Officer Salary Scale.
