Brand Manager
Role: Brand Manager
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
The Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU) is seeking a full time Brand Manager (officer level) to work as part of its Credit Union Brand & Member Experience (BMX) Team.
This is an opportunity to become part of a team that is undergoing an exciting transformation where this role will touch on all elements of marketing practice.
We are a fast paced transforming mid-size organisation. If you have a can-do attitude and are passionate about consumers, we’d love to hear from you as we re-position our Credit Unions in communities nationwide.
The position is Dublin based, two days per week and remote three days per week.
Role Requirements
- Supporting Marketing Manager lead on all campaign activity
- Be the Local Marketing key point of contact: Manage marketing materials, templates and tools including marketing guidelines, engagement, best practice examples and templates to credit unions
- Be the key point of contact with in-house designer
- Marketing Manager with all digital marketing requirements. A strong understanding of digital marketing practice is essential.
- Be both accountable and responsible for the website content, ensuring that our ILCU tone and voice is maintained
- Supporting the Marketing Manager with all Credit Union affiliate engagements items
- Support the BMX team with research & insight deliverables
- Supporting the Marketing Manager, play a key role in the delivery of the brand positioning and Advertising campaign
- Support the BMX team with sponsorship activity
- Support Events BMX calendar deliverables
- Budget management experience
Experience and qualification requirements for the role
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, with a proven track record in providing quality and timely support and execution, delivering high-quality results.
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and editing skills.
- Driver’s license and car owner (or access to one), are essential.
- A willingness to work outside normal hours and weekends when required.
