Member Service Advisor (Full Time)

Full Time Member Service Advisor Vacancy – Monday to Saturday (closed on a Wednesday).
 
Cookstown Credit Union are seeking to recruit a full time Member Service Advisor.  This position requires candidates to carry out a range of duties to the effective running of the day to day business. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide service to the members with all aspects of the Credit Union business, i.e., member shares and withdrawals, account openings, foreign exchange

  • Accurately and diligently handling cash, reconcile balances daily.

  • Provide efficient services to our members in a timely and polite manner, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Work as part of a team.

  • Attend training courses as when required

  • General office administration.

  • Undertake other reasonable duties and travel to other locations as required by the manager.
 
 

The Ideal Candidate should have:   

 
  • Excellent IT skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Previous experience working in a frontline role in a credit union or similar financial situation.

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s achieving grade C or above including English & Mathematics

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in delivering fantastic member services.
