Capital Credit Union is one of Ireland’s largest and most progressive Credit Unions, with an emphasis on modernisation whilst retaining our community and member service ethos.

We have approximately 55,000 members serving many parts of Dublin and North Wicklow across 8 branches.

We are recruiting Member Service Officers for our Dundrum and Leopardstown branches, who will provide best in class member service through all our channels – in person, by phone and online.

 
The Role:

• The successful candidate will efficiently and accurately handle cash & reconcile balances at the end of the day.
• Deal with enquiries and respond to service requests from members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be able to explain our products and services to our Members.
• Preserve the confidentiality of our Members and adhere to all policies and procedures.

 
The successful candidate will have:

• Leaving Certificate; relevant credit union or financial service experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills along with an outgoing and friendly personality.
• Experience in handling cash and dealing with the public.
• Good IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is an advantage.
• QFA / CUA qualifications and enthusiasm to work towards same (The Credit Union will provide financial support for staff to achieve QFA / CUA).

Saturday work will be required.
