Member Service Officer with Administration Duties x 2
Crossmaglen Credit Union are seeking to recruit:
Reporting directly to the Office Supervisor, Crossmaglen Credit Union is seeking to recruit strong team players who will provide an efficient service to members.
These individuals will be responsible for carrying out a range of operational and administrative activities that contribute to the effective running of the credit union.
These roles would suit someone with financial services experience, who are keen to learn and wish to develop a career in a community based organisation. The size of our team means that every member of staff needs to have a good working knowledge of our full product and service range and be able to discuss the features and benefits of these with members.
Hours of Work
36.25 hours per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9.00 am – 5.15pm
Friday: 9.00 am – 7.15pm
Saturday: 9.00 am - 1.15pm
Essential Criteria
-
Good numeracy, literacy, computer skills and attention to detail

2+ years’ experience in an administrative and customer service focused environment

Team worker with strong communication and organisational and people skills

Must be willing to undertake training for additional qualifications
