Position: Member Service Teller (Full-Time & Part-Time) 

Salary: Competitive salary and benefit package including company pension scheme will be offered, based on the Salary Scale for this role.

Role Description:

As a Member Service Teller, you’ll be the face of Enniscorthy Credit Union, delivering outstanding customer service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. You’ll work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Process cash transactions (lodgments, withdrawals, loan payments) with precision.  
✔ Provide a warm, professional service to members, answering questions and resolving issues.  
✔ Promote Enniscorthy Credit Union’s products and services that benefit members.  
✔ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
