Member Services Officer
Location: Credit Union Office 1d Griffith Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.
Reporting to: The Manager
Contract Status: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
General Scope of the Role
The Member Services Officer will be required for 2 days a week working between 11 to 16 hours and will report to the Manager. They will be expected to carry out a range of administrative and operational activities which contributes to the effective running of the credit union.
Main Purpose of the Role
The role holder is required to assist members with all aspects of Credit Union Business while working as part of a team to provide support in dealing with:
The ideal candidate will have:
Good IT skills
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a frontline role within a credit union or similar financial institution
Strong team work ability.
Previous Credit Union experience and qualification preferable but not essential.
