Joe Tobin Committee Supervisor ILCU A member of Bishopstown Credit Union and Synergy Credit Union, Joe is currently the chairperson of the BOC of Synergy Credit Union. Joe has also served on ILCU Stabilisation Oversight and Advisory Committee. Joe has been a member of the National Supervisors Forum for a number of years, holding positions of PRO; Treasurer and is currently the Chairperson.
